My main mission and focus is on making entrepreneurial resources accessible to female entrepreneurs regardless of their background, income level, knowledge, experience and other factors that hinder them from pursuing their entrepreneurial purpose.

I am dedicated to raising awareness about challenges and barriers faced by female entrepreneurs and founders and advocating for change such as connecting them to relevant business support, entrepreneurial skills, networks and industry experts as well as various funding opportunities including venture capital raising.

I am also an entrepreneurial consultant at Peacor Business Consultancy, a consulting firm that I founded to help other entrepreneurs, experts and professionals in the UK and across the globe looking to leverage their skills, expertise and experience to create service-based businesses and products. As an entrepreneurial consultant I provide startup, business development and planning services, B2B referrals and investor readiness consultancy across various sectors.

I have over 17 years experience working and helping start-ups and entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses as well as helping them access much needed funding and investment.

Finally, as a venture capital scout, I work with female founders and startups with high-growth opportunities by connecting them to forward-thinking investors looking to invest in female founders and female-led startups who are generally under-represented and overlooked in the venture capital investment world. My overall goal is to help female founders and startups get funded, help close the gender investment gap and also help accelerate the capital raising success rate for women.
