Terms of Service Membership

Effective Date: 1st September, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Untapped FR Resource Hub (the “Platform”), including access to resources, community features, and the Women’s Micro-Grant Program. By signing up as a member (Free or Standard), you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Tiers

Free Tier

  • Full access to our resource hub and directory of providers and organisations
  • Receive updates and news on service providers and their opportunities.
  • News and updates on essential resources and services
  • Opportunities to be participate in funding opportunities from other providers and organisations.
  • NO eligibility to our women’s micro-grant program or our other funding opportunities

Standard Tier (£10/month)

  • Full access to our resource hub and directory of providers and organisations
  • Receive updates and news on service providers and their opportunities.
  • News and updates on essential resources and services
  • Opportunities to be participate in funding opportunities from other providers and organisations.
  • Eligibility to our women’s micro-grant program or our other funding opportunities
  • Receive tailored communications and continuous updates on various opportunities.
  • Perks and discounts from participating providers and organisations.
    • Eligibility to our Women’s Micro-Grant Program (£250–£500).

2. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older, with a focus on female entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel membership if information is false, incomplete or if the member breaches these Terms.

3. Payments (Standard Tier Only)

  • Standard Tier membership fees are charged monthly in GBP (£).
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partner(s).
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
  • Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of Standard Tier benefits.

4. Women’s Micro-Grant Program

  • Only Standard Members are eligible to apply for grants (except the Launch Grant, open to all female entrepreneurs within the UK and members).
  • Applications must follow the published process and deadlines.
  • Selection decisions made by the independent judging panel are final.
  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the program with reasonable notice.

5. Member Responsibilities

  • Use the Platform and resources for lawful business purposes only.
  • Respect the confidentiality and rights of other members.
  • Do not misuse, copy or redistribute resources without permission.
  • Refrain from inappropriate conduct in community spaces (e.g., offensive, discriminatory or harmful behaviour).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, resources and materials within the Platform remain the property of Untapped FR or our partners.
  • Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use resources for personal and business development.
  • Copying, resale or commercial redistribution of materials is prohibited.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Member data will only be shared with partners where necessary (e.g., grant panel reviews) and never sold to third parties.
  • Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • Members may cancel at any time via their account.
  • We may suspend or terminate membership if:
    • Fees are unpaid (Standard Tier).
    • Terms are breached.
    • Misconduct is reported or confirmed.

9. Liability

  • Untapped FR provides resources “as is” and does not guarantee business success or outcomes.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from member use of resources, reliance on information or grant outcomes.
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
  • Members will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform updates.
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
